Applebee's Grill - Vero Beach

Where to start!! HORRIBLE!! We went here for a dinner date;dessert,they had maybe a handful seated,we waited 10min to be seated! The menu did NOT HAVE PRICES for drinks and did NOT HAVE PROPER ALLERGENS LISTED IN THE MENU,therefore had to ask;NUTS/WALNUTS. The waiter wore shorts and there were no utensils! I asked how much coffee was,he did not know (was not listed in the menu) until he came back with it,$3.49. I asked about cream and sugar due to there was none. He came back with Milk and couple packets of sugar. But no spoon?! Well,after that we left. We didn't touch our drinks and left! We went to Bone Fish and grill! There menus and desserts,atmosphere and waiter/waitress (dressed properly, knowledgeable and kind) and were fantastic. The price was decent as well!

No lies spoken it took me about 20 minutes to even get noticed at the door our server was extremely rude food was horrible had a cockroach crawl right over my table this is just a bad place to eat at, if your wanting a good meal go anywhere else. At this point even Ruby Tuesdays is better then this restaurant

Last night there was a terrible storm. Completely understandable the power went out. However, the food is ready at 7:42 PM. I was there at 7:50 their system was not working. I sat there and didn’t pull out until after 830 almost an hour with my food sitting in the car, waiting patiently trying to be understanding the manager came out only one time, trying to have me scan, is soaked and wet receipts to pay for it on the website which it was not working Didn’t give any other resolution or any adjustments on the bill considering I waited almost an hour by the time I got home my food was cold, moist and completely dried the pasta. I was so disappointed and I couldn’t believe I just left my credit card information with strangers I don’t even know. I blocked my card last night due to being worried and due to the Customer Service , the waiter that was assisting me during the curbside was absolutely a sweetheart it was not his fault at all. He was trying his best however, management should’ve really stepped in a little bit harder on this one. I understand it wasn’t their fault. They lost power, but there was a whole line sitting there with me for over an hour, waiting on food and payment . I will be happy to speak with a Applebee’s representative, other than the manager that assisted me that night I am not a type of person to just walk out and not pay but again, I was very unhappy, and not satisfied at all.

We both worked at Applebee's in college up north which has gone way downhill in the last few years. It is so refreshing to come to this one and know that there are good ones still out there! We went in later in the evening for half-price appetizers and were very pleased with how quickly they came out. She took the time to check in and make sure everything was great and make sure we had everything we could have wanted for the best Applebee's experience even though she was kinda busy. We'll be back for sure!

I had a really good time. My server was Sam K. She was always smiling And I have severe social anxiety and she made me feel really welcome and was extremely nice definitely the best server I have ever met. She wasn't rude at all. She is lovely and I will definitely be back just to see her again. So If you see this then thank you Sam K. For making me feel welcomed for the first time in a while I'll always remember you.
