On July 23, 2023, we discovered this food truck while returning from a motorcycle trip. The spacious outdoor seating area with a roof caught our attention, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a meal on a sunny day. We ordered the Chimichanga, Alpastor Burrito, and Pig-shaped Cookies. Each dish was huge and satisfying, and we had a fantastic experience overall.

Excellent fresh food plus open air seating so we should share with our dog.
I haven't visited the bakery yet, but I must say the food cart is incredible. It's the best Mexican food you'll find for miles. It's much more authentic than most places in Oregon. You'll regret it if you overlook this spot! There may be a slight wait, but that's just because they're always busy!
