Cactus Club Cafe First Canadian Place

The Cactus Club recently opened in Vernon so we decided to check it out. Customer service was top notch. They were booked solid with reservations but let us grab a quick drink and appetizer, which is why we were there. The cocktail was good (yes itspossible to get a bad one) and the appetizers were delicious. We will definitely be back... with a reservation. The restaurantis beautiful, warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

My kale salad and lava cake was amazing but what stood out even more was the cheerful friendly staff. Everyone seems to have a warm smile and is happy to help. The blond girl who seated us had the most impeccable manners and warm demeanour I have cameacross in a very long time. What a treat she is. Waitress was lovely as well. Food was great and came out very fast. Prices arevery comparable to similar restaurants in town such as earls or browns. Definitely a new favourite for me. I also got takeout afew days ago and enjoyed that as well.

I've been to Cactus Club in both Kelowna and Vancouver numerous times. While I've always experienced decent service, I felt that the value just wasn't there. The food was generally fine, but not impressive considering the price. However, this new location in Vernon is exceptional! The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was great—though it was a bit dark and the music was a little loud for easy conversation. The food, on the other hand, was amazing! There were four of us dining, and we found the prices reasonable; everyone left satisfied, plus we even had leftovers to take home! We will definitely be returning!

I just had a delivery to my hotel, and I was pleased to find that they were still open at 9:30 PM. I ordered the creole fries and the spicy chicken, and both dishes were fantastic, particularly the spicy chicken. I'll be here working for almost two weeks, and I will definitely order from them again. I also recommend anyone visiting from my hometown to give this place a try!

I visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner and had a wonderful experience. Although they forgot to place our food order at first, they more than made up for it by offering my husband and me two complimentary drinks each, along with a free dessert! The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely evening, Cactus Club!
