What User doesn't like about Uncle Julio's Vernon Hills:
I made a reservation for 7:30 and called to let them know our play was let out early. I explained we wouldn’t come if we would have to wait long and they said they would get us in right away. My mother was having a hard time because she is diabetic and needed to eat. You gotta try the table side guacamole! Love the salsa. It’s my absolute favorite.

Food was ok, but the best part (and the only reason i'll be back) is the chocolate Pinata ! ! We got seated, and they brought some chips and salsa, but no plates. Next to my table was a little pantry filled with dirty pitchers and napkins and i spotted one more across the room same thing. We had a party of 3 people, 2 adults and a toddler, bill was a bit over $100, no alcohol, so you would expect a better service. We usually visit the Lombard location, but it was a last minute decision and couldn't get a table at a decent time anywhere near but Vernon Hills.
This is a go to for me and my family but on Margarita Day the drinks were super watered down, now there was no discount but maybe they couldn’t mix them fast enough for the demand. Idk but didn’t enjoy it as much as usual.
