What frankmO7804ZA doesn't like about Rosati's Pizza:
I called ahead about 4:00 to ask if they had slices and was told yes. Got there 5 minutes later and ordered a slice of sausage and one of pepperoni. Since it's basically take out, I left only to find that the sausage slice was fine, but the pepperoni slice was like cardboard. That's what you get in a franchise pizza joint. View all feedback.
In the comments I asked for another dressing. I know they are supposed to charge me for that. But on the google app there isn’t anyplace to order another one. The gentleman on the phone explained I have to order on myrositas app. Well I didn’t know that. Instead of informing me when I arrived he could not put in the extra dressing I would to have purchase one. But he said nothing. I have worked 20 years in catering. I think it’s poor customer service. I know it’s a little . thing but I lot more dressing. That was my experience. Also I have ordered like that 3 other times and I always got the dressing.
We ordered a large chicken pizza for $30. Pizza was very hard and didn’t taste good. We couldn’t even eat one small slice of pizza. We called the store and the customer service was not at all good they were not ready to accepting our feedback. We wasted our $30 by ordering the pizza here for the first time.We will never order here.

We ordered a deep dish pizza with Pepperoni we got Pizza the dough was 1 thick with the pizza sauce cheese Pepperoni on top..this is not what a deep dish pizza..very disappointed..
