Surprisingly, this McDonald's is super fast, clean and friendly! Most McDonalds I always go have a problem... but this is not the case. I went in to use restroom and order food. They had no employees in site and a sign that said if you don't see an employee to use the kiosk. I worked at McDonald's when I was 17. I have zero desires to enter my own order first off. I understand that's the new way these days but I still prefer an nice friendly face. Second. I had cash. No credit cards so kiosks don't work for that. l left. No service, no order. View all feedback.
Additionally, the ketchup dispenser was empty. The dining area was deserted, with only two cars in the drive-thru, so it wasn't busy at all. I'm puzzled as to why no one took the time to clean the dining area. While I appreciate the option to order from the self-service screen (which I don't mind at all), I found it frustrating that your staff seemed too preoccupied with other things, including the manager, who was busy looking at his phone. Overall, I had a disappointing experience and won’t be returning.

Having worked at McDonald's when I was 17, I have no interest in placing my own order. While I get that this is the new norm, I still prefer the personal touch of interacting with a friendly staff member. To make matters worse, I only had cash on me, and the kiosks don’t accept that. So, I ended up leaving without any service or food.
I really hate to complain, but I have to say that every time I visit this McDonald's for breakfast, their hashbrowns are the worst I've ever had! I always hope they'll be good, but I'm consistently let down. Each time seems worse than the last! The hashbrowns I got today were hard and cold; honestly, I'd take a piece of cardboard over these any day!
There was a bug in the cup I was given, all the straws were wet with the paper crumbling off them, I had to ask twice before receiving a replacement cup, I usually love this location but today I was really disappointed with my experience today.
We just came to the drive thru today July 15,2023 at 5:12 pm and the guy man that was handing out the food gave us the wrong happy meal so we asked him to put inside the extra fries instead of the apple slices that was what we originally ordered and he was not receiving the request very happy just like angry and we left and we just heard him saying very loud screaming “thank you “ with a sarcastic voice for sure
