Cold Stone Creamery - Vernon Hills

Love the waffle cone taste like vanilla and cinnamon. Apart from that, I had the sweet cream with Oreo combo with peanuts. I like the way they make the employees the ice and the ingredients all smash together and then put them in the waffle cone.

I tried ice cream here once. I first tried the cold stone specialties. For some reason, I didn't like them very much. Maybe because of my taste. I don't like fresh fruits in ice creams. Then I tried the regulars. You're great. My favorite is the strawberry cream. Parking here is a little cramped. The place is well maintained and clean.

I'm so excited to see Cold Stone Creamery now has a vegan option. It was delicious and I will soon be for another!

This location is absolutely disgusting. My husband and I waited in line for a good 15 minutes and the line barely moved. Staff has no desire to work and take customers orders, multiple staff were present but many stand and do nothing while one works. Since we were standing so long we started to notice how absolutely filthy the place was. Giant dust bunnies all over the walls and light decor. Ice cream was melted in the coolers. We didn't even order, once we noticed how dirty this place was we left.

They were slammed on the first really nice and warm sunny day!! They worked super hard and got everyone their order as fast as possible! Super friendly kids working!! You're the real MVPs os Spring/Summer!!! Thank you
