For those who are curious, this donut shop only opens in the evening. My kids love to visit, but we usually go after 7 PM. Instead of entering the building, you order at a window. I believe they do their baking at night for the locations they supply with donuts and sell the extras they make.
The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed our conversations with them. The BBQ sandwich was delicious and generously portioned—more than I could finish! Since it was later in the day, their donut selection was limited, but what we had was fantastic. I also took a dozen to go. I will definitely return if I'm in the area again.
We were traveling back home to Ohio and decided to stop for breakfast. It was absolutely delicious!
