We searched the Internet for someplace close to the hotel... read more Came to Geneva via train from Zermatt and after checking into the hotel, we were on the hunt for food. We searched the Internet for someplace close to the hotel to eat. The COOP was new to us and so being 5 minutes from the hotel by foot, we tried it. It's an ala carte approach. Each item has an extra cost. You take a tray and then circle round the restaurant ordering or selecting what you want. Hot dishes are freshly mad before you while you wait. We had steak and pasta. It was very good and extremely fresh. The cost was about 36 CHF. That was about 1/2 of the cost of a similar meal in Zermatt.
