In the USA it is very difficult to get from this kitchen. Many knock off or Turkish food posing as the Middle East, but my dream of an authentic Fattoush salad was finally granted here. I shared the salad, the warm beef hummus, this halloumi cheese cigars and the mixed grill along with some Lebanese Shiraz with a friend. Everything was amazing and worked on about 55 CHF per person who cost less than a burger and a drink in Zermatt, so I thought it was a steal. We were surprised to start with a funny bouquet and delicious little pieces of baklava at the end.

It is situated in beautifil President Wilson hotel and have beautiful interior; and very good and friendly staff. But they need to improve their food quality, taste and presentation; food they serve doesnt match michelin star level. They definately need to work on food.

Sadly the portions are very small we ordered samboussek and got two on a plate with no garnish, no effort at presentation. The size of the main was also very small, and was bland. Overall, nice hotel, great staff but food needs some work. Presentation should be better, food portions should be bigger and should come with some sort of side salad or garnish. Not really 5* cuisine for me.
