Pleasant time spent at the Ferme Auberge de Chantereine this Thursday, following a hike organized by the Moulins Rando Club. Delicious and hearty meal with good products including the poultry that was served to us and the frozen mirabelle plum soufflé... Perhaps the pea soup a little thicker, but that's a detail. To do again.
Great place for the reunion of friends who graduated 40 years earlier from TS Tage at the Château Salin agricultural high school. Tasty meals cooked with farm products. Mirabelle plum aperitif and excellent dessert (like chocolate trou Lorraine). Beautiful moment of sharing friendship.
