Pizzeria Il Giglio - Vergiate

Local place with mostly local guests. returned there the next day as the staff was friendly, the food was served quick and everything was just absolutely OK

We had take away pizza delivered to our hotel. Although 2 out of 3 pizza weren’t the ones we ordered (not sure if hotel reception or restaurant fault), they were all quite nice. Additional delivery cost could be clearer although it was only €1 extra per pizza.

I reside in Vergiate and have visited Giglio countless times with my colleagues. Apparently they do good fish though I have not gotten round to that yet because of their extensive pizza menu. Staff a very friendly, they have a huge selection of sizable pizzas and the desserts are great. I recommend giving this place a visit if passing through Vergiate.

It's my favorite creperia for years. the owners are always very friendly and attentive. often hosts very interesting photo exhibitions. crepes are excellent, both sweet and salty. the bathroom is always clean and the staff attentive to the tables. easy to park nearby
