I was able to try the fried artichokes, very good and with a very generous portion but slightly too salty, the carbonara pasta and the cheek cooked at low temperature with puree which is the dish I liked the most, soft and meltable, very béchamel-like puree which it accompanied the cheek well together with its sauce.
