Worst experience order via the app toke 2 hours to delivered and i live 15 min away. supposed to be delivered by 6:20 pm, call them at 6:40 to know what going on they told me im next and had to call 45 min later still not receive it. when i call back they said im next i told them that what you told me 45 min ago and said they never told me that and that was not even 45 min. This was the chicken I enjoyed as a kid growing up in Verdun. The chicken fries and sauce for completely tasteless
Seriously someone needs to give the girls here a raise because they’re ALWAYS so friendly even when there’s a huge lineup. The customer service is AMAZING. Especially the girl with the Native tattoo. The sweetest!!!!
I went there thinking it would be quicker to pick it up I ordered then call started coming in right after for delivery no problem but you figure after half an hour I would have been served but deliveries were served first and the french fries was half an order and cold by the time I got mine very disappointed PS and the chicken was dryer than the Mojave Desert. I think I'll go to Bingo's next time.
The chicken was delicious, but I had a bit of a disappointment. I ordered the club sandwich, but they were out of bacon, so I opted for the poutine cabane à sucre instead. Unfortunately, that dish was missing some ingredients as well. I ended up having to take my club sandwich to the restaurant next door. On the bright side, the chicken we ordered was quite good!
They have revamped the coleslaw and sauce recipes, and both changes are fantastic. It’s a delightful improvement!
