Unless you are looking for tasteless ribs that never met smoke or a BBQ; that are red inside and the rub is intact on top while there is no flavour at all, no evidence of smoke or wood but the oddity of...the layer of fat still white and uncooked; i.e. ribs done in an oven wrapped in foil period; then you best stay away. On top of that if you really enjoy being ripped off and then being screwed around and insulted when you complain, then you will LOVE Blackstrap BBQ NOT!
