At least it didn 't look so bad on the neighboring tables, which arrived after us and were served before us. They actually brazenly asked if everything was okay. When we pointed out that we 'd been waiting for our food for about an hour, they just shrugged their shoulders. A little later, they asked for our order again and placed it again. Four people were milling around serving, who obviously didn 't know their job and had never heard of service. Perhaps they should have been suspicious, because guests at the neighboring table also left the restaurant annoyed after a long wait... The icing on the cake was the statement that there are generally many complaints about long wait times. There was no leniency, such as not having to pay for drinks. So, it doesn 't seem like the best decision to visit this restaurant with such incompetence and service. One star is still too many!
