And that there are people at the reception so that you don't have to call the phone number given without getting an answer so that the hotel owner has to use his private mobile to call back or that people have to run into the kitchen looking for people to help with check-in or check out. Otherwise, there has been incredibly good service over the weekend during the bocce weekend and we were offered a lovely dinner on Saturday evening and a very good breakfast buffet.
