When the place was full (30-40 people), you'd have to wait an hour before someone came to take your order. Sometimes they'd even change the tablecloths instead of approaching the customer. It was a strange atmosphere, I felt like they were constantly avoiding our table. I've been here again and unfortunately nothing has changed, I have the impression that it's even worse. It feels like there are different types of customers, those in suits and Italians are always served faster. If you're a foreigner and don't speak Italian, you'll unfortunately have to wait up to 1 hour and 20 minutes for your order to be taken and then half an hour for it to be fulfilled. Good luck to everyone, I don't recommend this place.
