Mariscos Villa Rica - Veracruz

Our group of 4 had a very enjoyable dinner recently. The service was thoughtful and attentive and 3 of our group spoke Spainish while the 4th was English only. The starter was shredded crab haibi with chopped tomatoes, olives, etc. and three of our...group had grilled pompano and the fourth had red snapper. All the dishes were grilled simply and were very moist and tender. The vegetables were a little over cooked but overall it was a lovely dinner finished with the house flan. Which was the way a flan should be. The espresso’s arrived in very hot cups and the coffee was as it should, crema and a smooth clean taste.

Food was quite good I enjoyed the grilled fish which was cooked nicely, though the vegetables were a little over boiled . Service was good with some language issues due to my lack of Spanish. The restaurant has a nice casual atmosphere that was...very friendly
