Harbor's Veracruz - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Harbor's Veracruz:
The place is a good Veracruz area named Boca Del Río. Loud music not give you the chance to have a good conversation. Your orders take long time to come to your table. The food is not bad but for a place what say than...are a Steak House isn’t. I order a prime rib 3/4 cook and come ****. I order a creme brûlée and come a flan with a burned sugar in the top. If you like La Estancia Argentina then consider giving Harbor's a try. It's the same owners. This is their attempt to bring their culinary expertise to a more seafood-centered restaurant. You can still get a good steak here as well, but they are more focused on seafood dishes.
