Hesburger - Ventspils

Waited 30min just to order food. Two cash registers ignored the customer and his request whisky in his eyes.

Waiting times are just beyond unacceptable, you have to be mentally unwell to go and order food right there on the spot, and even more deranged if you're actually going to stay to dine there, because right now the only somewhat viable option to continue consuming their goyslop is ordering via their mobile app. Literally just place an order, they'll notify you when it's ready, then you just go there and pick it up. I don't even remebmber them mixing up my orders when I ordered through the app (unlike regular orders). Prices are a bit too high and drive through is just a complete meme and a total waste of time. but at least the chicken burger is still fine

Food is all good, but the service is terrible. I went in the queue for almost an hour with just few people in front of me and the cashiers are mean

The longest waiting time ever an hour. This is a joke not fast food.

I had to wait 1h to get my burger. Ice cream machine broken. My mother had to wait 30min to get her order ready almost fainted because of the standing. Very sad. The employees don't understand English.
