What Michael Butler doesn't like about Red Room Cafe:
Picked up their “famous” egg plant park that’s always out of stock at the farmers market and a pint of vodka sauce. Why do I get home to taste everything, and I get raw tomato? As a chef I feel so disappointed you believed it was okay to put in tomatoes from the can in both of these items without cooking them. If you find yourself in Ventnor, NJ, this restaurant is a must-try. The food is outstanding—A+ for traditional Italian dishes made with care. The waitstaff offers excellent recommendations, making the experience even better. Service also gets an A+. Everything here is top-notch. They really exceeded my expectations!
We had a wonderful dinner at the Red Room Cafe. There were six of us, and it was our first time dining there. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers, main courses, and dessert. The homemade pasta was exceptional, and the grilled octopus was a standout appetizer, along with the grilled Caesar salad. Despite it being a busy Saturday night, we never felt rushed. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially our server Lisa, who was fantastic! We also had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owner, Maria, who stopped by our table to say hello and check on us. This restaurant truly deserves a five-star rating!
I stumbled upon this delightful little cafe on Saturday morning and had the pleasure of meeting the friendly owners while picking up some pasta, sauce, and prepared dishes. We were fortunate enough to return for dinner that evening, and it did not disappoint. The pizza, pasta, and cannoli were all absolutely delicious—pure perfection!

They have a “Take-out pizza panini” menu. Yet, when you call for take out, they say no, we don’t do takeout. ?
