The food was absolutely fantastic! However, the service left much to be desired. We waited quite a while before anyone came to take our order, and it was difficult to get our waitress's attention whenever we needed something. Meanwhile, the bussers kept trying to clear our plates while we were still eating. It felt like the restaurant was packed to capacity—likely exceeding the fire code limit! View all feedback.
What Priestly Canty doesn't like about Aroma:
The parking situation in the area isn’t very good. They do enforce social distancing, and I was relieved that it wasn’t too crowded. However, every time someone opened the door, a draft came in, so I recommend avoiding seats near the entrance. One of the plates on our table was dirty, which highlights a need for better dishwashing practices. I won’t share a photo of it, as I prefer not to create a negative impression... View all feedback.
That was our first visit to Aroma. Our server, Rebecca made our experience excellent!! She helped us with the menu and made great recommendations. All about our dinner experience was great. Can't wait to go back!!
After reading the reviews I thought this would be a great place to celebrate my birthday. My family and I ordered a few appetizers which was good but when the entrees came there was hair in my food. The waitress was apologetic and remade my food but I ate with caution which wasn't fun. They did give me a slice of cake for my birthday but with the events that unfolded my family and will not be going back.
Service was too slow given the restaurant was half empty. Very noisy. Food was delicious.
Nice menu options, including vegetarian options. Our server, Rebecca, was outstanding.
The food was very good and Rebecca was a very pleasant server. There were two larger parties in the room so the food service was a bit slower. Desserts were terrific. My only complaint is the seating arrangement. With two separate rooms, putting the two parties in one room in the middle makes it very loud for the adjacent diners. Why not put one in each room, against the walls so that the noise doesn't permeate the entire room?
