Agriturismo Case Varisco

My family and I were in Italy for 2 weeks and this farm had the best food on the whole trip. Fresh ricotta made on the farm and homemade wine. This is the definition of farm to table. The staff was amazing and always helpful. This is our second time visiting this farm and we will definitely be back.

We did not know what to expect when we arrived to this beautiful agroturismo. What we found was the friendliest owners and staff! The chef sent out 4 courses of AMAZING food! Everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. Pasta freshly made today. Homemade wine that flowed nonstop. Lemoncello, Amara, and espresso to enjoy fresh fruit and freshly made genovese with their homemade ricotta. Their fresh ricotta was the best I have ever tasted! Come visit Casa Varisco and you are treated like long lost friends and you will not want to leave.

I can’t even describe how amazing the food, service and experience at this beautiful place was for my friends and I. If you come to Sicily you MUST come here! This is my favorite day on our vacation so far all of these people from the owners to the staff show so much love for their culture in everything they do I’m humbled by my short time here and hope to come back again

We stayed for the umpteenth time for Easter and Easter with annexed overnight. and there are always quality and quantity! practically the top!

A wonderful afternoon spent on the farm with this family and their food!! everything freshly made....we were part of the family fro a day.....watching goat's milk ricotta being made and tasting the finished product was so fun.... the hostess cinzia is a real character with so much personality and joy ..... we loved all the food except the lamb but i hate lamb anyway so i would hate it anywhere...and since i am full blooded of italian ethnic background, it was like eating at nana's
