In view of the good reviews, we were appalled to receive the lack of greeting as we set ourselves. The waitress swore to a member of the group after they apologized to inform them, they speak English. Immediately afterwards they reacted to “British Want Fries?” which, in our opinion, is a presumptive, offensive assumption. We didn't bother us, we looked at the drinks menus that were in all French (fair enough). When the waiters came, we kindly asked them what the beer was and advised them on the menu, brushed their fingers from top to bottom, then took the menu up and then chipped it down again and then pointed it back. Your manierisms were so rude... well... freeze?! We were just very surprised. She then gave us three seconds and said very sharpened and abruptly “I come back” and went to another table. Sure to say we stood up and left the table before she ordered something and she wasn't amusing either. So basically, if you're English... don't bother because the waitress doesn't like you
Great food served by handy and friendly staff. We went twice during our holiday in Les2Alpes and both time food and service were great! In any case, it is worth a visit for a meal or an aperitif. Just a few meters from Diable chairlift. Very recommended.

On this occasion we stayed at a hotel on half board, but enjoyed some beers in the early evening before our meal. We were the only customers in the bar while a good amount of fresh snow fell outside. The “antipasti” meat “Nibbles” served...with our beers were very appreciated
Really friendly staff who adviced us on our order, and gave us a shot on the house at the end. Had escargots, cheese raclette and 2 tarteflette between 4 to share. Delicious food -can’t fault the place! We went back the next night for a...drink
