What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
It is disappointing to see that Wendy's is not as good as it used to be. I understand that many food restaurants are struggling to retain and hire staff, but I have been to this particular location once a month for the past few months and still experienced slow service with cold food. It seems like they are having trouble getting their act together. View all feedback.
Had a fantastic quick lunch with my child. All the food was served hot and fresh. The manager and staff were super friendly and accommodating. The dining area was extremely clean.
The food is delicious, but payment is only accepted by credit card or Visa.
I had an issue with a mobile order deal at this restaurant. The staff member claimed he couldn't assist us and informed us that only one offer could be used per person. I had intended to purchase additional items, but ended up leaving with just the one offer.
When you give me chili and no spoon and I'm working from my car....you ain't gettin stars. I should have given less but the food was good. Annoying.
Drive thru can’t hear a single thing they say. Also was using an app she snarked and said well only if my machine works like im supposed to know this. Let’s find a better way to chat with customers. Food is
