My phone was dead and I had to come where I wanted to go. Ay young man named Lucas was a breath of fresh air. So many Wawa's I have in them either rude or have no time.. Lucas was amazing and he's gonna be the reason I came back to this place. He wanted to tell you he told you something. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wawa:
No CHANGING TABLE for babies. I thought I loved Wawa until I had a baby and discovered that they had no changing tables and when I asked, they said they were just changing them in the car. Elch. View all feedback.
THE WORST WAWA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff are rude and literally act bothered. I usually go to the Wawa by the Venice Walmart but sometimes I stop at this location. The staff is the WORST. There is nothing else wrong with this place just the staff. Dusty, a short older woman with a proper and fitting name, is so rude. While Wawa was doing free coffee for teachers, I got a coffee and showed her my teacher ID. I teach at a local HS and didn?t think I would be HOUNDED over the validity of my teacher ID. Dusty kept asking me to prove I was a teacher. She didn?t think I looked old enough, she thought I was lying and was a substitute, she even asked me if I had to work that day?either way she kept suggesting I was scamming WAWA for a FREE COFFEE. Like cmon! I am 100% an actual teacher and have been for 3 years. Teachers have been through enough,I don?t need Dusty, a Wawa employee, heckling me over whether or not I?m ?actually a teacher.? When I saw her again I asked her what made her think I wasn?t actually a teacher, and why she would do that over a coffee and she said she was just inquiring out of kindness but also cause I looked too young. She wasn?t understanding that my entire point was she had NO right to make me PROVE I?m a teacher behind my school ID. She swears now that none of this ever happened. So now I guess I made it all up. Also I understand that any kind of service job is tough and guests are rude but today some taller blonde woman was complaining about customers being annoying while using self checkout because they?re new and people need help on them. Like do you not realize they could automize your entire job like at Walmart and you have no choice but to work the Wawa food counter or get a new job? What is crazy is the Wawa by Walmart in Venice is so much different. The staff are the BEST part of that location. Greeting guests, they even know my name over there. They make a point of being kind which doesn?t cost anyone anything.
Just ordered a sub for myself, my wife and my son. Our son was supposed to have a roast beef hoagie. Nope. Just cheese and pickles. I don?t know how hard it could be to read an order. But seriously. It?s our dinner? not coming back to this location. Rude staff and no sense of customer service.
