For starters, t... read more I'm not sure what all the hype is about. As someone of Asian descent who has been to Indonesia, I can say this restaurant is far from authentic. For starters, the place was only a third full. Even though I was dining alone, I was asked to sit at the bar despite there being many empty tables. I ordered the duck lumpia, but the duck was dry and the bottom was burnt. Then, I tried the rib wings, which were smothered in an overly sweet, sticky sauce. To top it off, I was seated at the bar with a pile of dishes in front of me, and not once did they come to clear any of the plates. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The Japanese curry and nasi goreng were quite good, but the crispy chicken was just average. Additionally, the waiter wasn't very friendly, which can really impact the overall experience. Food rating: 4/5.
