What frank boles doesn't like about Starbucks:
The young barista took my order for a cappuccino, but when I got in my car and left, I realized that she had made a latte instead. It wasn't worth turning back since I was already on my way. This is not acceptable. View all feedback.
The Gouda, egg, and bacon breakfast sandwich was very good!
I apologize, Starbucks... I have always been a fan, as you know. Unfortunately, this location has really gone downhill. The staff seem poorly trained and my iced coffee is never stirred or shaken before being handed to me. I am not a barista, but I know that's not how a coffee should be made. I hope that you will train your staff better at this location. Typically, I would give you a four-star review, but this experience was a catastrophe!

Every time we try to go to the restaurant, it's closed for one reason or another.
The staff are highly skilled and efficient. It is faster to go inside the restaurant rather than waiting in the always lengthy drive-through line, no matter the time of day.
