Outback Steakhouse Venice

We had waited very long, but it was a Saturday night. But the manager noticed and made it on us. We didn't say anything. our waitress (katie c was super friendly and uplifted. they made a great job! our steaks and appetizers were delicious! kudos to the cook! it was probably the best we had at an outback. thanks for the great night!

That was delicious and agnes was our server. she was understandable about the menu and gave us great ideas. it was obvious that she loves her job, how very human.

I had to return my steak because it was undercooked, I asked for medium but it came out rare. The server and manager were both very accommodating. My only frustration was when I went to settle the bill...

The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the server was very helpful and attentive. The ambiance was delightful and I will definitely be returning soon.
