The restaurant did not live up to the hype they had seen online. Employees were preoccupied on their phones while taking orders and payment. Customers were left to fend for themselves, with no explanation or guidance from the staff. View all feedback. What User likes about Mcdonald's:
I forgot to order a frozen Coke for my wife, so I decided to go inside the restaurant instead of using the drive-thru. When I went in to order it and explained that I forgot to add it to my original order, the staff said it was no problem and gave it to me for free! This McDonald's in Florida is one of the better ones I have been to. View all feedback.

The drinks are not self-service here, which is probably a good thing during covid.
Customer service was very good. Very respectful representatives. Overall great experience despite being there countless times.
