I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes only to be told they were out of ice cream. Seriously?? Close up shop! Dairy Queen is supposed to be an ice cream shop! View all feedback.
Had an ice cream cone with shots. They were very stingy with the shots.
Dirty, not cleaned, not one table was clean, floors need a deep cleaning, line to the door yet no one taking orders.

The employees do not know how to run a register. They messed up entire order. Horrible experience.
Saturday night at 8:30 in Marxh. Drive thru line was long. Staff handled it like Champs, professionally, with smiles and an upbeat attitude. We will keep going back!
