The only side option available at this national chain restaurant is Fries with Broccoli, which is quite disappointing. However, I am still giving it 4 stars for the excellent service, food quality, and the overall appearance of the restaurant. Although it may not be vegan-friendly, at least you can enjoy your meal with your family while munching on the fries. Additionally, at a price of $5.56, it is a good value for... View all feedback.
What T Crawford doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
I lowered my rating for the food due to a limited menu that no longer includes some of our family favorites. Only two out of four desserts listed were available. For those with gluten sensitivities, the options are quite limited, with only the grilled chicken strips and a few vegetables being safe to eat. It was disappointing to find gluten in unexpected items, such as steamed broccoli. Despite these issues, the food... View all feedback.
Unbelievably quiet for mid-afternoon on a holiday weekend! Our waitress, whose name is Cinthya, and whose picture I am posting (with her permission) here, because she is absolutely ? your best asset! She is pure Southern charm with some Latina sass thrown in. She kept us in stitches with her routine and her knowledge of the menu, which earned her a few more laughs from us. We went in there dog-tired, and left in high spirits and a great mood. I hope that you will allow her the much-deserved kudos of having her photo in my Google review. Anybody can post a picture of their meal, but the WONDERFUL service she provided was worth way more to me than the meal! You'd better watch out you might be losing her to AGT as a stand-up comedienne!
Eating was decent for a change. the waitress was a little creepier. they had a lack of personal so I tried to forgive more. try the new chicken breast with cheese and speck. huge part. haussalat was also great.
Some in my group ordered a build your own breakfast platter. It was supposed to be eggs to your liking a sampling of ham, bacon and sausage. A side of your choice and biscuits and gravy. Well they bring out the platters and biscuits. Then bring a very small bowl of gravy. The way the menu read each person was to get a small bowl of gravy. When they brought it to the waitresses attention she said it wasn 't like that. We told her where we were from Tennessee that 's the way they did. Also in Pennsylvania. She said she 'd worked in those places and they didn 't do it that way. So 1 person got gravy the rest did without. The waitress didn 't come back but one time to ask if I wanted more coffee. She didn 't bother to ask anyone else if they would like more tea or drink. I 'm so glad to be leaving Florida. This state has the most rudest people working in the restaurant 's.
Were out of what I ordered to go. I ordered something else. 30 minutes later I said what 's going on ? They said waiting for you to order !! I told them I did...half an hour ago! When they did finally bring the food it was terrible! The roast beef dinner should have been called roast beef soup ! Swimming in gravy and cold!
I would like to see sutton for the best customer service, although we came 45 minutes before the conclusion of the time. the babies loved eating that prepares for them. thanks and appreciate their service. keep the good work sutton!
