Siamese Orchid - Venice Beach

Excellent food. The staff is suuuuper friendly. Come back. The restaurant is located directly on the Canals Walkway of Venice, a plus.

We are in the city of another state that lives in a hotel and ordered from this place tonight. They both grounded our dishes by adding a lot of spice to a dish and not to another dish. When we called and talked to them, they offered a refund (yes, no, they offered a future loan that does not much for us, as we go home tomorrow) but the other court they refused to give us a loan and offered us to drive over the city and get a chili oil for the court. 1. It would be cold if we had it and put it in the court. 2. That's really cheap and insulting that you both messed up dishes and didn't both do them right? Also Wwf Curry doesn't come with rice? Okay, don't eat here. It is cheap and the customer service is garbage.

We had a great experience in this restaurant. The service was good, the food was wonderful, and it was nice to sit with a view of the Venice canals. They had a quiet space on site and there were street parking nearby. Venice The beach is just a short walk away. They keep birds on site that offer some entertainment. Beautiful flowers grow around the restaurant.

I don't know why this place doesn't have at least 4 stars. Very good food and good price. I'm always happy.

This review is for their takeout. I'm surprised this place doesn't have four stars as of Feb. 2023. We really liked their pad Thai and drunken noodles. Their red curry and papaya salad were decent too. We've had better curry at other places but this was still solid. The mango and coconut rice dessert was a great way to end the meal.The spice scale we chose was 2 out of 5 and it tasted super spicy already and I'm typically used to and enjoy lots of spice. The food is fantastic overall and I would order from here again.
