While the tea was still quite good, the atmosphere left much to be desired. The seating area was not clean, and when we brought this to the attention of the staff, they simply shrugged it off. To make matters worse, the employees were playing very loud music through the store's sound system, which made conversation nearly impossible. Overall, we didn't feel welcome or valued during our visit.
