Eccezionale. Abbiamo provato il percorso di degustazione Anima, in cui abbiamo scoperto ingredienti non comuni e abbinamenti ricercati. Menu di altissimo livello. Personale di sala preparatissimo e professionale. Consigliato per un'esperienza stellare.

I had the privilege to dine in the Michelin-star restaurant Zante XVI, and it left an indelible sign on my culinary journey. The environment, the ambience and, of course, the exquisite vegetarian tasting menu provided their respective elements of excellence, a total of a culinary experience that was indeed one of a kind. When I went to Zante XVI, I was immediately met by the sophistication of the establishment. It felt modern and yet kept a timeless elegance and created a quiet yet exciting atmosphere to follow the stage perfectly for the food spectacle. The service was as polished as the environment. The staff was knowledgeable, discreet and professional, on the perfect balance of attention without intrusiveness. They showed deep confidentiality with the menu and wine pairing and offer competent advice that greatly enriched my culinary journey through the evening. But the true star of the show in Zante XVI was the vegetarian revelation menu. It was a parade of creative, lively and beautifully presented dishes that always presented fresh and ethically produced ingredients. The cook had an extraordinary crisp for pairing aromas and textures in a way I had never experienced before, a witness to his talent and the artistry in the kitchen. I started my trip with an exquisite garden pea-velouté, with a truffle foam that was easy to taste. Next came a perfectly roasted beet root tart, its earthliness perfectly set by a delicate horseradish cream. The wild mushroom Risotto was next a dish that was a delicious symphony of the Umami notes, perfectly boiled and creatively presented. And then there was the magnificent main course, a remarkable grilled cauliflower steak served with service: Dine in Meal type: dinner food: 5 service: 5 atmosphere: 5.
