Walking through the city of Venezuela in the middle of the summer, there is no shortage of opportunities to stop and ask for a cone of “Frutti di Bosco” and escape from some of the heats that the “Geteria antica di Venezia” is located in one of the most transited areas of the city, a few meters from the famous rialto bridge that crosses the big channel. It is a handmade ice cream in which you will understand why the Italian “gelato” is so different from the commercial ice cream you find in any supermarket, although I do not change the “Frutti di Bosco” for anything in the world, all the flavors are worth it. If you are not sure what order, you can always ask you to do it before choosing. As for prices, the cone with two ice cream balls costs 2 euros.
