That's what... read more This hotel is amazing, it's in a great location. They take care of you call for a water taxi. Anything that they can do to make your stay the best. That's what they do I would definitely come back and stay again. The rooms were nice and clean and easy. Really enjoyed my stay there in Venice.

Clean and tidy, amazing location, very close to everything but quiet and calm at night. Very little interior hotel noise even though we were directly under the breakfast room. Our canal view room was very spacious for Venice and the bathroom was beautiful though very tiny (anyone much larger than average size may struggle in there). Nice shower gel and hand wash. Lots of gondolas passing during the day which was great to watch, and you can hire one right outside. Super helpful, friendly reception staff made us feel very welcome and were happy to store our luggage after checkout which was brilliant. We would recommend this little hotel to anyone.

Davida and Enrico were wonderful. Our room was clean and spacious and bathroom well equipped. No complaints!

As mentioned above, our canal view room only had a hand-held shower in the bath despite every photo of bathrooms on the website having walk in showers, This is important for people with mobility issues.
