Black haired lady with ponytail was extremely rude off the bat and was very demanding that my fr... read more Friend and I came here to use the restroom and buy some waters. Black haired lady with ponytail was extremely rude off the bat and was very demanding that my friend pay while not instructing her where to pay. After this, friend and I went to use the restroom in the back and were simply LOOKING and POINTING at the breaker near the bathroom because we don’t speak italian and didn’t realize if it was a way for employees to clock in (a bit stupid, i know). All the sudden this women is screaming at us the top of our lungs to put our hands on our pockets and get outside to wait for the bathroom, we were stunned and confused and she continued to scream at us. We were so scared by this sudden screaming and shocked because we hadn’t touched anything. 10000% avoid this crappy cafe if you want to be treated with human decency.

If ever in Venice, I will be sure to stop there again. (I wish I could speak about the coffee. However, the day was incredibly warm so the last thing on our mind was ordering a hot beverage.
