We had a terrific meal here while spending a couple of days sightseeing in Venice. The restaurant was only a couple of hundred metres from the hotel we used and was recommended by the receptionist. The food was really good and not expensive. The only bad thing about the place was that I went back the following day for lunch but they had stopped serving a few minutes before I arrived. We visited as a couple, staying at a nearby hotel. We were greeted at the door and seated. It took about 15 minutes for us to be offered a drink, and then another 10 for the drinks to arrive. The waiter didn't know what beers were on offer. We then ordered a main meal each- it was €15 euros a dish- I had the salmon and my other half the pork- it tasted nice but the meat was dry! A pizzeria, cozy, makes pizzas that I can't find words to describe their goodness! Even at lunch they cook divinely!
