The staff is also very pleasant and smiling (specially to the lady of the grills, whose workstation could be improved with a simple fan, because with the particle, the air conditioning rather low and the cooking plates, it's a bit hard, and despite all this, it is super nice and positive) However, there are recent points on which management could pay attention in order to treat its customers: 1/ for about 15 days, more ice available in the ice machine. And as on the water/ice machine the ice option has never worked, customers are only entitled to warm water for drink. With this particle, it's really unpleasant. 2/ One of the highlights of this Flunch was homemade dishes, such as dauphinois gratins, pasta or cauliflower. Alas, alas for about three weeks, more gratins! Really bad. We hope it's only temporary. 3/ An interesting experience had been tempted about three weeks ago, which was to put to a stop at the veggie buffet, grated cheese. It was great, to accompany the pasta. There too, damage but grated cheese quickly disappeared. It seems to me that this little more that made the specificity and good quality of the Flunch of Furiani is stretching out. That's why I removed a star from what could have been my opinion 1 or 2 months ago.

Very good salads as a starter, good choice of side dishes and very friendly staff! Yes, it's not a gourmet restaurant, but for a cafeteria/fast food type restaurant it's top notch! The only downside is that the starters are not well indicated, it would perhaps be necessary to include the composition of the salads/starters so as not to have unpleasant surprises.. (a friend took the cheese tomatoes thinking that they were the feta when it was blue..
