Locally of highly trained and dynamic youngs, very attentive to the search for raw materials from flour to be ... the pizza leave for 120h very good! and super light! for us was requested an Apericena menu consisting of many types of pizzas (not classic) and the result was amazing ... pizza with 4 cheese and birne with rum ... pizza with sardella and melazane ... and many others super! I recommend it very much!
