Но раз в кафе можно покушать внутри, то лучше бы уделить должное внимание обучению персонала. Девушка, что принимала заказ у меня, не знала меню, не знала правила заведения в котором работает, тем самым дезинформировала меня. Заказы приносились в разное время, девушка не знала какое блюдо какому гостю подать, к тому же не озвучивала блюда, которые подавала. В общем, такая низкая оценка за ужасное обслуживание. Посмотрела книгу жалоб и предложений, в ней было очень много отзывов за плохое обслуживание.

Попробовали и выкинули. Очень разочарован, первый раз пишу отрицательный отзыв, но это реально ужас. Руководству советую срочно принимать меры. Анализирует конкурентов, обучайте поваров и следите за качеством продуктов на кухне, иначе ваше детище обречено.
