However, our mood was spoiled, and here’s why—please see the attached photo. What they call shish kebab is not worthy of the name: the pieces were all different sizes, some even looked trimmed off, dry, and in some places, stale. It was overcooked rubbish! I want to address the owner of this establishment: Would you eat this? Where is the respect for your customers? What you served was not shish kebab; it looked like scraps, leftovers! We paid 2000 rubles for this. We didn’t want to let it ruin our day and threw it away. Thank goodness for delivery in the city; we ordered from another restaurant, and it was very tasty—nothing like your dry meat. I cannot recommend this place to anyone!

I've known this restaurant for a long time. Every time I get the chance to visit Veliky Novgorod, it’s a must-visit spot. The food is fantastic, and the decor is excellent, but... there’s always a "but." The place is very popular, and there are always a lot of people, making it difficult to get a table. If you're alone, it’s nearly impossible to find a spot, meaning the restaurant can afford to turn away customers. They don’t have a system where you can call and get notified when a table becomes available. I wouldn't mention this if I hadn’t encountered these issues consistently over the last year and a half. That's why I'm giving it three stars, even though the food deserves five.

The best place in town where you can always enjoy a delicious meal. The service and hospitality are outstanding. It’s a fantastic spot for families and gatherings with friends. Every dish on the menu is amazing. I highly recommend trying the meringue roll; the combination of tenderness and flavor is phenomenal! The portions are generous, and the dishes are hearty. The price-to-quality ratio is just right. I highly recommend it to everyone!
