We reserved the entire house for 5 people with a fixed price for one week. A few days later we called him to say that another couple was finally coming. They tell us that there is no problem, that the house has many beds. When we arrive they tell us that it is almost 300 euros more. First news that the price was rising. The first discussion. It would have been easier to tell us before arriving, more than anything to avoid surprises. The house is not independent. You share it with the owners, you get out of the shower and you see a woman in the hallway. Uncomfortable feeling of not having any privacy. The rooms are not all independent. There are 2 rooms that contain another room inside. The owners are not very nice. Bad management and little privacy. They also gave us trouble because 3 friends came to visit to have a barbecue. In short, I think that if you rent a house they should not be controlling you and telling you who can or cannot come to see you. We have spent the entire week at the beach all day, and for the 3 times that we have been at the house they have given us problems.
Great place to stay. Well equipped, beautifully clean and hosts helpful but not intrusive. Outside area a pool really enhanced our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Importantly, the house is not independent. The tenants walk around the house, there is no privacy. After notifying that 7 people were going in advance. When we arrived at the destination they wanted to charge us €300 more. Logically we refuse. After writing a review he called me yelling and then they deleted the comment. Rude and gossipy tenants. They show up at the house to keep watch even when we were not there, we suspect that they entered the rooms. I do not recommend the stay.
