I look for a few different things in a restaurant, first off being the quality of the food. Service, atmosphere and price are also important, and the Eclipse imho is the best restaurant in the region. Great service, direct sea view on the beach, and exceptional food for reasonable prices.

Met by the friendly owner Paco and shown t... read more Great service and food once again. Due to the pandemic haven’t been for over 18 months. I was still not disappointed. Met by the friendly owner Paco and shown to our seats which we had reserved. They still do the comprehensive menu del dia, but now the menu is on the table, no more going up to blackboard and photographing it. We decided on the al la carte. Reasonable prices with drinks. Worth a visit you won’t be disappointed.

Paco and his staff make every visit a pleasure but they can get very busy which may slow the service a little. One has to admire the work ethic of all the staff who do put their heart and soul into it. The menu is now 10 euros which consists of three courses although drinks are extra so budget 15 euros per person. The starters are huge and my favourites are the bacon salad, avocado and prawn, gazpacho or porra. There are usually seven starters and mains which change daily so it is not difficult to find something to please everyone.

The waiter was very friendly and patient. Nice typical dishes from the region. W'll be back to taste more.
