I have not eaten at a table as I don’t like sitting on my own, but the furniture is basic, the plants around the front look like weeds and it is all a bit unloved IMO. The take away I had was greasy. I did not go back again. (Not even tempted by the Eu8 menu del dia.

We order the €23.95 meal for 2 I had chicken and sweetcorn soup to start my wife had the spring roll, both were hot and tasty. The crispy duck and pancakes excellent. Both mains were tasty and hot. Service was just right to give a break between courses. The creme caramel although not home made was a nice finish to the meal. We enjoyed it so much we made a second visit before we came home.

The service was good. The Chinese salad was excellent, the soup passable, as was the special fried rice. The rest was garbage... Chicken curry, Babi Pangang, Chicken with Bamboo Mushrooms. These all lacled flavour and texture. The Pangang was supposed to be spicy. Yuk I cannot commend this to anyone. Except maybe drunk tourists. Whilst the portions in the Shanghai are smaller, the food is outstanding. This place is cheap and best avoided. Stay at home have a sandwich

The food well where shall I start, I don't think you can call it food it was completely tasteless. It was like rubber, such a waste of money I have nothing good to say. Please avoid save your money, it's poor quality really isn't suited to the area given the quality of hotels it surrounds. Basically don't bother!...

We tried the place and the menu del dia on a whim and although the arrival of a huge spring roll with fresh veg inside to start showed promise it quickly became clear this and everything else was tasteless. We had fried rice, which I am convinced never made contact with a frying pan or wok, fried noodles, Beef curry and chicken with almonds. I will admit the chicken dish was ok, the others just tasted bland. the portions were huge and the ingredients seem decent.....but where was the flavour? Also the curry had a weird yellow luminous green residue on the plate afterwards which was a bit off putting. The place was reasonably busy and the prices were excellent, but can't imagine ever eating there again.
