We would particularly like to highlight the Cordon Bleu and the goose – both were cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and absolutely delicious. The combination of the aromatic stuffing and perfectly roasted skin on the Cordon Bleu was a true highlight, and the goose simply melted in our mouths. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and inviting, and the service also deserves high praise: friendly, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. We wholeheartedly recommend Haus Nickhorn and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The fried pota... read more My wife and I each ordered a Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes and a drink. The schnitzels were okay, but they seemed like mass-produced food. The fried potatoes weren't crispy enough and were swimming in grease. The Coke Zero wasn't cold enough. For almost 50 euros, we're convinced we won't be coming back. It's a shame, really, as we love the rustic atmosphere of restaurants like this. The service, however, was absolutely fantastic!
