That's about the only positive thing I can say. The kitchen is fine as well. But we were really annoyed by the showers. You get next to no water pressure and the temperature changes randomly, depending on how many people shower simultaneously. Which you can't control, if you only rent one room and don't know your neighbours. Oh, you also have to pay for every roll of toilet paper.
