Sushi - Vejle

We weren't sure if we could find good sushi in the area. It's been ages since we have had any. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Bar Sushi. We opted for the all you can eat option as we were a bit excited... There was a great variety given to us and it was nice not to pour over the menus trying to make choices. The option included a starters with ample amount of edamame and tempura shrimp while we waited. I enjoyed a cocktail- while not strong, it was good. (though could use a bit more alcohol! It was a lovely evening and we are thrilled to have good sushi in the region!

Well presented, fresh tasting sushi. Had all you can eat menu at last visit. Would be better if you could say how many pieces you wanted each time they make more for you, but it was a good value way to eat a lot of sushi!

Event: Dinner for 6 people. Food: Excellent quality. Great presentation of the menu, that other Sushi places should learn from. Alot of different Sushi on the menu. Price: Compared to Norwegian prices, bellow average. I think the imported beer is alot cheaper what Im used to. Pro: : Quality of the Sushi. : The menu and presentation. : Price. : Very service minded staff. Cons: : Except from the Sashimi, it took some time to make the Sushi. Final thoughts Can I recommend this place?. Yes. Would I go again the second time?. Yes, driving for 1h to get the Sushi, was worth it. Reason for only 4 of 5 stars, it took some time to make the Sushi.

Very nice staff and fantastic sushi in the middle of Vejle. We will come here again, that's for sure.

Very good for lunch. Good value lunch menu, excellent service, very good sushi. Prefer ad libutum sushi but this is definitely better than the other options in Vejle
